Do you make your mailing list available to other companies?

No! Your mailing address and information are safe with us and we never share or sell this information unless you give us explicit permission (such as during a sponsorship promotion where you physically check a box giving us such permission).

Does FAMIGLIA include Mass readings?

No - FAMIGLIA is a Catholic monthly periodical and is not meant to be a mass supplement. For that, we recommend Magnificat or The Word Among Us.

I'm a writer or artist - can I contribute to FAMIGLIA?

Yes! We are always looking for great pitches from people who understand our mission. To contribute/pitch writing, send us your portfolio, or contribute puzzles, please follow the instructions and process outlined on our pitching page.

Are there ads in FAMIGLIA?

Unlike other magazines that have an industry standard 40-70% advertising, FAMIGLIA only has three, unobtrusive ads from companies we care about and who care about our readers (that's only 4%!). Learn more about our ads here.

I just subscribed, how long does it take to get my first issue?

Please allow 4-6 weeks to receive your first issue. If you have any questions, just contact us!

I need to change my address, either permanently or temporarily

Changing your address is easy! Simply login to the subscriber portal and submit your address change or email us at support@famigliamessenger.com.

I haven't received my issue yet - when will I receive it?

Please allow 4-6 weeks after subscribing for your first issue to arrive (usually much sooner!). Issues are shipped on or around the 25th for the next month's issue to ensure they will arrive as close to the first of the month as possible. For questions, contact us.

What is your refund policy?

Because we are a monthly periodical, current subscribers help inform the amount we order during initial print runs. Because of this, all sales are final.

This being said:

  • ON AUTO-RENEWAL PURCHASES: Your subscription will either renew monthly or yearly depending on your chosen subscription and you will receive automatic email reminders a few days before your card is charged. After your card is charged, you will have 48-hours to contact us to request a refund after your payment method has been charged. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • DAMAGED OR LOST ISSUES: We are sorry to hear your issue has been damaged or lost! Contact us at support@famigliamessenger.com as soon as you notice the damage or loss.

How will my order be sent?

Normal domestic subscriptions will ship via USPS. Bulk and wholesale orders will ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on size. For further information, please see our shipping policy.

Your subscriber/account number can be found on your mailing label or renewal form. Don't have either of these handy? No worries! Look up your subscriber number here.
