Today is Tuesday, August 05. Can you believe it’s already August?! Pope Leo in his Angelus Address Sunday said of war: “My young brothers and sisters, you are the sign that a different world is possible: a world of fraternity and friendship, where conflicts are not resolved with weapons but with dialogue. Yes, with Christ it is possible! With his love, with his forgiveness, and with the power of his Spirit.“
Let’s pray for all those who are suffering during war and famine today.
🙏Let’s Pray the Angelus
Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners now and at the hour of our death. Amen.
Pour forth, we beseech Thee, O Lord, Thy grace into our hearts; that we, to whom the incarnation of Christ, Thy Son, was made known by the message of an angel, may by His Passion and Cross be brought to the glory of His Resurrection, through the same Christ Our Lord. Amen.
