Does FAMIGLIA include Mass readings?

No – FAMIGLIA is a Catholic monthly periodical and is not meant to be a mass supplement. For that, we recommend Magnificat or The Word Among Us.

Are there ads in FAMIGLIA?

Unlike other magazines that have an industry standard 40-70% advertising, FAMIGLIA only has three, unobtrusive ads from companies we care about and who care about our readers (that’s only 4%!).

Do you make your mailing list available to other companies?

No! Your mailing address and information are safe with us and we never sell this information unless you give us explicit permission (such as during a sponsorship promotion where you physically check a box giving us such permission).

Can I order past issues of FAMIGLIA?

Yes! You can order back issues of FAMIGLIA (while supplies last) on our online shop.

Is your content written by AI?

Absolutely not! All of our content is written by humans, for humans. We feel very strongly about this. Learn more here.

Subscription management

I need to change my address

Changing your address is easy! Simply log in and visit your Account page to update your address – you can also email us at support@famigliamessenger.com.

Can I change my current subscription?

Yes! If you’d like to upgrade or downgrade your account to a different plan or subscription length, you can do so at any time from within your online account.

Can I update my payment method?

Updating your payment method is quick and easy! Simply log in to your online account and click through your subscription management options to replace or update the card on file.

Can I update my email address?

Updating your email address is quick and easy! Simply log in to your online account, under your profile information, enter the email address you’d like to change to, and hit save.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes! Though we will be sad to see you go, you can easily cancel your subscription at any time from within your online account.

Cancelations will take effect at the end of your billing period, and we are unable to offer refunds of unused time. View our cancellation and refund policy.

When will I receive my first print issue?

The checkout page indicates the issue you will start on – depending on when you subscribe, this means you may need to wait between 1-5 weeks for your issue.

Issues are shipped on or around the 25th for the next month’s issue to ensure they will arrive as close to the first of the month as possible.

How are print issues shipped?

Normal domestic subscriptions will ship via USPS. International subscriptions will ship via the most cost-effective courier (usually USPS). For further information, please see our shipping policy.

I just read a great issue! Can I buy more copies to give to others?

Maybe! Back issues are available in various quantities on our online store while supplies last.

FAMIGLIA is proudly printed and designed in the beautiful Illinois Valley area of Illinois.

If you subscribed after May 12, you can easily log in using your email address and password.

If you subscribed before May 12, please visit this page to activate your online account in our new system. It’s quick and easy!

I’m hitting the paywall but I have a subscription

Usually, this is because you need to log in. Simply login to your account and you should now have unlimited access to all online content!

Online content?! Doesn’t that go against your mission?

No! Don’t worry we haven’t sold out – we still believe that the printed word is the best way to slow down and connect with God in today’s fast-paced world.

But, here’s the thing… FAMIGLIA only comes out once a month. And, try as we might, we can’t fit everything in print. Also, while we think the printed word is best… we don’t hate technology! Used right, it can bring people closer to God.

FAMIGLIA is still primarily a print periodical – and we believe in our mission so much that you can’t subscribe without it!

But, we’ve expanded.

Our online content now includes even more stories of faith that you’ve come to expect, but now you can also enjoy shorter form articles, multimedia articles that include video, exclusive audio content, timely stories, select stories from our archive that appeared in print, and so much more!
